About Wesley

Wesley was born and raised in Houston, TX and is the oldest of six boys.
He started acting at the age of 16 when he was cast in a community
theatre production of Romeo and Juliet.

After high school, Wesley attended Sam Houston State University (TX)
and graduated in August of 2005 with a BFA in Musical Theatre, and
a double minor in Acting and Speech Communication.

Upon graduation, Wesley moved to Houston where he performed in many
shows including Red Badge of Courage and Seussical the Musical as
well as assistant directing Silence at Stages Rep Theatre. After six
months in Houston, Wesley re-located to New York City.

Almost immediately after moving to NYC, he got cast in out of town, regional
shows. Some highlights from Wesley's resume include: Action in
West Side Story, Ryan in High School Musical (both at Jenny Wiley Theatre),
Rocky in Rocky Horror Show (Wohlfahrt Haus), Angie the Ox in Guys and Dolls
(Prather Theatre Tour), Action in West Side Story (Little Theatre on the Square),
plus Footloose, Music Man, countless Christmas Shows,
and the National Tour of Christmas Carol (08 - Nebraska Theatre Caravan).

Last year Wesley decided to stop traveling and focus on his NYC career.
He began training with Larry Singer at Larry Singer Studios and taking
voice with Susan Eichorn-Young. Earlier this year, he got cast in his first NY
show off-Broadway with Poliglot Theatre, a movement / acting piece
entitled Neither Heaven Nor Earth.

Wesley still lives in Long Island City, Queens (pictured in the background)
and is actively pursuing a career in the arts.
